For digital downloads, you’ll receive the latest version of the STL files for the product shown, and you’ll be responsible for printing and assembling them. For physical products, once they’ve been printed, we’ll ship them to you, and you’ll need to assemble them yourself to complete the final product.
We do not offer editable CAD files for obvious proprietary reasons. However, we’re always open to collaborating on modified versions or custom projects. If you have a specific request, please get in touch with us directly to discuss the details.
Once you place an order, a receipt is automatically sent to you by email.
While our models are tested to be as universal as possible, individual printer settings, materials, and slicing software can affect results. We recommend following our suggested settings and making incremental adjustments for best performance.
