Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

For digital downloads, you’ll receive the latest version of the STL files for the product shown, and you’ll be responsible for printing and assembling them. For physical products, once they’ve been printed, we’ll ship them to you, and you’ll need to assemble them yourself to complete the final product.

Do you provide editable CAD files?

We do not offer editable CAD files for obvious proprietary reasons. However, we’re always open to collaborating on modified versions or custom projects. If you have a specific request, please get in touch with us directly to discuss the details.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once you place an order, a receipt is automatically sent to you by email.

Are your 3D models guaranteed to work on any 3D printer?

While our models are tested to be as universal as possible, individual printer settings, materials, and slicing software can affect results. We recommend following our suggested settings and making incremental adjustments for best performance.

What if my 3D prints fail or the files don’t work on my printer?

We’re here to help! If you run into printing challenges, contact us with details about your setup and any error messages. We’ll do our best to troubleshoot and ensure you can successfully print our designs.

Do you offer refunds on digital files?

Generally, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads due to their intangible nature. However, if you encounter an issue with the files, please get in touch so we can help resolve it.

Do you provide recommended print settings?

We often include suggested print settings—like layer height, infill density, and support requirements—in each product description. These may vary based on your specific printer model and filament type.
